The 10K Route
The Bayston and Lyth Hill 10K returns for a 4th year. This partially challenging 10K is always a highlight of the summer race calendar.
With stunning views of the South Shropshire and Welsh Mountains this race is not to be missed.
What's included and Services
Professional chip timing on an offically measured and verified course
All finishers will recieve a special bespoke medal made from locally sourced wood and a Technical Running T shirt (additional charge).
Free Photo Downloads
On completion of the race you can celebrate your efforts at the Church Stretton Beer Festival which is situated at the Finish Line. Craft ales, music and delicious food will all be available.
Free entry for those who have run 10K in under 33 minutes (Males) and 36 minutes (females) in the past 12 months at an offical race. Proof of time is required.
Start Location: Lthywood Sports Complex, Bayston Hill, Shrewsbury, SY3 0LY
Start Time: 10am
Facilities: Toilet, Bib and chip collection, Bag drop off.
Getting to the start
Bayston Hill is a large village approximately 3 miles from the centre of Shrewsbury.
If driving to the race please use one of the following car parks; Lythwood Sports complex (Limited parking and no vehicle movement allowed until the final runner has entered the complex), Oakwood School, Bayston Hill Doctors Surgery or the Beeches Pub.

Finish Line Closes: 12pm
